The Imam Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab Mosque is the Qatar State Grand Mosque and the country's largest place of worship. Completed in 2011, the mosque can accommodate up to 30,000 worshippers and covers an area of 175,000 square meters. Named after the 18th-century Islamic scholar, the mosque features a minimalist modern design with 28 domes, 93 columns, and three massive courtyards.
